Borjeet Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

Welcome to the Borjeet platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Borjeet and its members. By accessing Borjeet's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Borjeet's services.

Borjeet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and the platform will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering with Borjeet. If an account is created using false or misleading information, Borjeet reserves the right to close that account at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each individual may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be voided.

To verify your identity, Borjeet may request the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Mobile Number Verification
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Proof of address document (if required)

Failure to submit required documents may limit your withdrawal access or certain services. This is not a penalty — it is a security measure.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Borjeet's services. Gaming on Borjeet is strictly prohibited for minors.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are playing with your own funds, not someone else's
• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will
• You are participating in compliance with the online gaming laws applicable in your jurisdiction

Borjeet reserves the right to request age verification at any time if there is reasonable suspicion. Failure to verify age will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Borjeet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT

For withdrawals:

Borjeet reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions. This typically does not last more than 24–48 hours.

Borjeet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements
• A time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering or may contribute at a limited rate
• Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements

If Borjeet determines that a member is abusing bonuses, Borjeet reserves the right to void the bonus and review the account. Bonus abuse includes using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses with false information, or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.

All games and betting markets on Borjeet operate according to defined rules. Game outcomes are entirely random and governed by a third-party certified RNG.

For Sports Betting:

• All bets are final and cannot be changed once settled
• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded
• Bets left incomplete due to technical issues will be considered void
• Bets placed before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds

For Casino Games:

• RTP information for each game is available within the game itself
• Bets on incomplete rounds due to technical errors will be refunded
• If your internet connection drops, the game can be resumed from where you left off upon your next login

It is your responsibility to keep your Borjeet account secure. Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. Borjeet is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi
• Keep Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled
• Report any suspicious activity to Borjeet support immediately

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. Borjeet will act swiftly to secure your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Borjeet platform. Any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds
• Fraudulent behavior toward other members
• Attempting to hack Borjeet's systems or breach platform security

Borjeet believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

Borjeet provides the following responsible gaming tools:

• Option to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Time Reminder
• Self-Exclusion (temporarily closing your account for a set period)
• Permanent Account Closure Option

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the account balance will be refunded. If closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Borjeet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.
